Here are 10 things you can do to build creativity into your day
1. Keep a diary and commit to just 5 mins at the end of each day. Record what was positive about the day, a vibrant memory from your past; and one thing you could do the following day (call a friend and say hello, or choose from the creative list below)
2. Go to an art exhibition
3. Sign up for a pottery or jewellery-making course
4. Sketch something. If you are right-handed, try using your left hand — and vice versa
5. Take a photo a day
6. Learn a musical instrument — you could start by watching some online lessons
7. Listen to some new music
8. Enter a competition (drawing, writing, photography)
9. Listen to a new podcast
10. Learn a new language, including sign language.
